DubloLearn Study — Subscription Terms

These terms govern your subscription to DubloLearn Study and form part of the Learner Terms of Service. Your contract is with Konit, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

1. What you are buying

DubloLearn Study is our own learning product: course content, exercises, level assessment, review scheduling and progress tracking. Konit provides it. No tutor is involved.

Lessons with tutors are not included. They are bought separately, one at a time or in packages, at prices tutors set themselves. A Study subscription gives you no lessons, no lesson discount, and no claim on any tutor’s time.

2. Before you are charged

At checkout you accept the Learner Terms of Service and you separately agree to the recurring charge. Before you pay, we show you what renews, how often it renews, the amount that will be charged, the date of the first renewal, and how to cancel.

If you do not give that separate agreement, we do not charge you a renewal.

3. How renewal works

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We charge the payment method on your account on the renewal date.

Reminders. We email you before a renewal that follows a free or discounted introductory period, before an annual renewal, and immediately after any renewal with a receipt. Each reminder contains the amount, the date, and a link to cancel.

4. Price changes

If we want to change the price of your subscription, we either ask you to agree to the new price before it applies, or give you at least 30 days’ notice and, if you do nothing, cancel your subscription rather than charge the new price.

If a price change is applied in error, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

Where a price is introductory, we say so, state the amount it becomes, and state the date, on the same screen where you agree to the charge.

5. Cancelling

You cancel online, in your account settings, at any time and without giving a reason.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

6. Refunds on the subscription

• Cancelling mid-period: no refund of the current period; you keep access to its end. This does not apply if you have a statutory right to more.
• Charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount: full refund to your original payment method, and we fix the error.
• We change the terms and you do not accept: pro-rata refund of the unused part.
• Technical failure that made Study unusable for a meaningful period: pro-rata credit or refund, your choice.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry it over a few days and email you. If it still fails, we pause your access rather than cancel you, and you can restore it by fixing the payment method. We do not accrue a debt while your access is paused.

8. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to withdraw from this subscription, you have it, and nothing in these Subscription Terms limits it. Where you ask us to start supplying the subscription before that period has run, we ask you for that request separately at checkout and tell you what it means for the right.

9. Changes to these terms

At least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app for any material change. If you do not accept, cancel before it takes effect and we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid.

10. Records

We keep a record of which version of these terms you accepted and when, and the wording of the renewal consent you were shown. You can see your own record in your account.
