Subprocessors

These are the third parties that process personal data on behalf of Konit, LLC in operating DubloLearn. It supports the recipients and transfers sections of the Privacy Policy.

The last three run only if a visitor accepts them in the cookie banner and are not used to deliver the service. See the Cookie Notice.
Transfers
Konit is established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where the UK applies.
Processing agreements
We have a written processing agreement with every subprocessor listed.
Changes
If you are a controller using DubloLearn and you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us at support@dublolearn.app.
